When will order Arrive?

​Spring orders-Shipping begins late March and continues thru May. We will begin shipping to the warmer zones first.

Fall orders-Shipping begins mid to late September and continues through October. We will begin shipping to the cooler zones first.

Holiday orders-Shipping will begin end of October and continues thru Mid-December. Orders are shipped on a first placed first shipped basis.

 

How will my order ship?

​Group orders shipped to a business are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx. Direct Ship, web orders, use a blended method called ‘SmartPost’ offered by FedEx and the US Postal Service. FedEx SmartPost delivers the orders to a US Postal Service center, and the actual delivery of the order is made by your Postal Carrier. ALL shipping addresses must be U.S. Postal Service friendly.

How much is shipping?

​Group orders to one location are shipped free. Direct ship (web orders) to customers are $6 per order.

Do you ship outside the lower 48 states?

​We’re sorry, but we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses because many of our products are restricted by agricultural regulations and/or shipping limitations. This program is currently not available in Utah.

What are your Payment Types?

​We accept Visa and  MasterCard. 

Flower Power takes safeguarding your information very seriously. We employ generally accepted, industry-standard administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the personal information submitted to us from unauthorized access, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Exchanges

​We stand behind our products 100% and are committed to sending you top-quality plants and bulbs. If you receive plants or bulbs that do not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately at 1-888-833-1486 and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

Which end is up on my bulbs?

Bulbs such as lilies and gladioli have a clearly defined, tapered tip that should be placed with the point up when planting. Other bulbs can be more rounded, but will have a flatter, ‘down’ side that usually show evidence of roots on the bottom. If you’re in doubt, we suggest planting sideways as the shoots will naturally find their way to the soil surface. 

When do I plant my bulbs and plants?

Your bulbs and plants will have the best success if they are planted as soon as possible after receiving them. 

My plants look dead!

We ship some of our plants such as Brookside Hardy Geranium as bareroot stock which, to the novice, looks like a bag of dead roots. Don’t be dismayed by their shabby appearance! Just follow the planting instructions on the label and you will be rewarded with a lush plant in no time at all.
