Bully Paws (www.bullypaws.org) is a 501c non-profit which rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes pit bulls and other bully breed dogs. The organization works to educate the public of the myths about pit bulls and responsible dog ownership. Dozens of dogs are rescued each month by Bully Paws volunteers, who pull them from high kill shelters in VA, MD, and DC and place them in foster homes where they receive rehabilitation, socialization, training, and love until they are adopted.
